kelly and ryan

I got up this morning totally psyched because Kelly and Ryan were coming to visit.  I haven't seen either of them since May when I was in San Antonio.  We had big plan to go to a wine bar this evening and then Kelly and I were going to just hang out tomorrow.  Well, Kelly just called and they're not coming...why?...BECAUSE THEY ARE GETTING 2 KIDS AT 1:30 THIS AFTERNOON TO FOSTER AND HOPEFULLY ADOPT SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  There's a 5 year old girl and a 10 month old boy who are siblings.  Understandably Kelly and Ryan are a bit frantic...shoot...I'm a bit frantic for them!  Kelly said to me "I guess you didn't pray hard enough for the kids to not come until after I visited"  and I said "I've prayed much harder for these kids to be sent to you."  So no matter how frantic and stressed you feel today, just think of Kelly and Ryan who will go from living their lives as a care free married couple to becoming parents of 2 ...with just 3 hours notice!!!!!!!!!!!!  SO CRAZY GOOD!

Okay, I will quit whining about my stressful Monday already! I don't know you guys but CONGRATS Kelly & Ryan! And Angela, so happy to hear the Nexium is helping you get back to your perky self again.

I sincerely don't know if what I post will go through because of how my computer is hooked up...but I've posted several things to you, Angela, and now something to Kelly..that is so awesome for her and Ryan. You are the best friend any one could have with all of your thoughts and prayers! let me know if you get this because I don't know if it goes through..I am SO GLAD the Nexium is working for you...hope it stays that way.
