Week 4....the honeymoon is over....don't get me wrong, teaching is great....it's all the other demands from the district, parents, school, state that are weighing me down right now. I made myself leave "early" today...at 4:30, so that I could get home in time to make something reasonably healthy for dinner and get some laundry done. Ladies, you know when the only thing left in your underwear drawer are those underwear that you despise, but for some reason you hold on to them...well that's where I'm at. TMI....I know....but remember my blog is a place to document, the good, the bad, and sometimes a bit TMI!
I just want everyone to know that I'm alive and living for the weekend right now. A weekend that will hopefully be work free. My goal is to get everything done by Friday, even if that means I stay at work until 7:30 Friday night! I need a weekend where I can just relax, read magazines, watch movies, and be school free.
Here's a picture of my nephew Braedon taken a few weeks ago...He is 13 months and adorable! I hope to blog more about him this weekend!
