Just a little known fact about scrapbooking when you use photoshop...it takes hours of resizing, cropping, sketching, and planning pages before you even get to start on the fun, creative part. This is the first time I've taken this approach to scrapping...First I looked at my photos on my computer while searching my trusty sketchbook, and this one, and this one to find a sketch that will work with my photos. I also have a binder full of sketches mostly from here. Then I choose which photos would be what size and got to work resizing and cropping on Photoshop. Then I saved my work and moved to the layout. It took me many hours over the past week to do this for 42 pages, that's 21 (2 page) layouts. Then I uploaded everything to Walgreens.com and my photos will be ready to pick up tomorrow morning... after I pick Kelly up from the airport for our Kelly and Angela's Day of Scrapbooking Fun!
It was beautiful here today, so I had my quiet time outside. I love having qt's outside, so any chance I get I take full advantage of it. I just began a new Bible study that the women's ministry is offering at church. So far I am really enjoying it. It is similar to Beth Moore...with less homework. The study is entitled Discerning the Voice of God. Speaking of Bible Study, I need to log off now, and go work on mine. I'm a few days behind because I got my book 2 days late. I have several more days to finish because Bible Study is on Wed! Below are some photos of my study time outside.
